- Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D; projectsn
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teamsn
- Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIsn
- Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygienen
- Flag delays or blockers and support mitigation effortsn
- Collaborate with R&D; Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align prioritiesn
- Support process improvements and standardization within the R&D; Operations teamn

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D; environmentn
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyn
- Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)n
- Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker)n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholdersn
- Self-driven, structured, and dependablen
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesn
