nThe Dean – School of Management shall provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the School of Management. The role is responsible for driving academic excellence, enhancing student outcomes, strengthening industry engagement, promoting research and innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and positioning the School among leading business education institutions nationally and internationally.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Academic Leadership & Excellence
nProvide strategic direction for all academic programs offered by the School.
nEnsure high standards of teaching, learning, curriculum design, and academic delivery.
nLead periodic curriculum review and modernization aligned with industry requirements and emerging business trends.
nPromote outcome-based education and experiential learning practices.
n2. Faculty Leadership & Development
nRecruit, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty members.
nDrive faculty development initiatives in teaching,



research, consulting, and industry engagement.
nEstablish performance expectations and monitor faculty productivity and effectiveness.
