nWe sell outdoor advertising hoardings, digital screens, transit and street furniture media to brands and media agencies. We're building our outbound function and need someone at the front of it.
nThis is a pipeline generation role. You'll be the first contact a brand marketing head or agency buyer has with us, and your job is to turn cold lists into qualified conversations for the sales team.
nWhat you'll do
nBuild and maintain target account lists across our operating cities direct brands, creative and media agencies, local retail chains, and resellers with verified contacts at the marketing, media planning, and procurement level.
nRun outbound across every channel that works in this market: LinkedIn, cold email, WhatsApp, phone, and in-person agency visits. Not one channel all of them, sequenced.
nQualify every enquiry against budget range, campaign window, city, format, and decision authority.



Disqualify fast and honestly; a bad lead passed forward costs the team more than no lead.
nHandle inbound website enquiries, WhatsApp Business messages, walk-in calls with same-day acknowledgement.
nBook meetings and site recces for the sales team, and brief them properly so they walk in prepared.
nKeep the CRM clean. Every touchpoint logged, every deal at the correct stage, follow-ups scheduled. Pipeline data that's wrong is worse than pipeline data that's missing.
nTrack your own numbers outreach volume, response rate by channel, meetings booked, qualified leads passed and bring them to the weekly review.
nWhat we're looking for
n2.5–5 years in sales development, inside sales, or business development. Media, advertising, or agency-side experience is a strong plus, but we'll train the right person on OOH.
nYou're comfortable on the phone and in an agency reception. A lot of this business still gets done face to face.
