nDriving and executing strategies (not restricted to schemes) to counter

nEnsuring distributors management as per distributors management policy
nEnsuring 100% schemes execution in consultation with zonal managers/NSM
nDriving and achieving sales target through his team
nAnalyze Industrial market Data and achieve addition of more Industrial clients.

nDistribution Management
nEnsuring distributor appointment in vacant territories with the help of Team
nEnsuring the addition of customers, developing existing customers in the
nassigned territories with the help of team
nEnsuring inventory at distributors as per company policy
nEnsuring100% receivables as per credit policy
nResponsible for process digitization i.e. DMS, Order management.
nProactively monitor financially stressed customers and dealers and take
ncorrective action with the help of seniors.
