nResponsible for driving production, quality, cost, compliance, and people leadership. This is a senior leadership role, fully accountable for delivering high-volume output with world-class quality standards while ensuring operational efficiency and discipline across the factory.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. End-to-End Factory Leadership

- Lead the manufacturing unit with full accountability for production, quality, efficiency, cost, and compliance.n
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly production deliverables aligned with business requirements.n
- Act as the single point of leadership for all factory functions.n

n2. Production Planning & Target Achievement
n
- n
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders with zero compromise on quality and timelines.n
- Drive capacity planning and scheduling for optimal resource utilization.n




- Continuously monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet/exceed targets.n

n3. Operational Excellence

- n
- Oversee production, maintenance, quality, and material flow across the unit.n
- Minimize downtime and maximize throughput across production lines.n

n4. Quality, Compliance & Safety
n
- n
- Ensure strict adherence to buyer specifications, AQL standards, and internal quality norms.n
- Build a zero-defect culture through solid in-line and end-line quality checks.n

n5. Cost & Resource Management
n
- n
- Drive productivity improvement, waste reduction, and cost control initiatives.n
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.n
- Work within defined budgets while improving efficiency.n

n6. People & Culture Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large multi-layered team of supervisors, managers, and operators.n
- Foster a disciplined, performance-driven, and accountable work
