About the Role nBuildAmbit is looking for an Inside Sales Intern to join our Sales team for a 6-month internship. The role will primarily focus on pre-sales enablement , lead engagement, prospect qualification, and supporting the sales team in converting prospective learners into customers.
nThis is a hands-on role for someone who is confident, energetic, communication-oriented, and interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities n

- Support the Sales team in pre-sales activities and lead management.n
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.n
- Understand learner requirements and provide relevant information about BuildAmbit programs.n
- Qualify leads based on interest, requirements, eligibility, and intent.n




- Schedule counselling calls and demos with the appropriate Sales/Business Development Manager.n
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales funnel.n
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates in the CRM.n
- Support the team with lead nurturing and reactivation of existing leads.n
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.n
- Track daily activities, follow-ups, and pre-sales metrics.n
- Assist in identifying common objections and learner concerns to improve the pre-sales process.n
