n About the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Project Management to lead the execution of corporate interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.n
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation plans.n
- Manage Civil, Interior, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV coordination.n
- Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.n




- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.n
- Lead and mentor Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and execution teams.n
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.n
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation before execution.n
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.n
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.n
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely project delivery.n
- Support commercial management, change orders, cost control, and project profitability.n

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.n
