nRole Overview
nKAARYA is looking for a dynamic professional from the interior design industry who can combine design understanding, client consulting, business thinking and mentoring.
nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working beyond pure design aesthetics and is interested in understanding client requirements, preparing solutions, reviewing business processes and supporting partner studios more closely.
nKey Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, budgets and project expectations.n
- Prepare and review BOQs, quotations, mood boards and layouts.n
- Create practical design solutions for residential interior projects.n
- Work confidently on AutoCAD and SketchUp.n
- Review design presentations and support client discussions.n
- Handle pricing discussions,



negotiations and client concerns professionally.n
- Coordinate with partner studios during ongoing project discussions.n
- Review workflows, documentation, CRM updates and consultation processes.n
- Support the creation and improvement of SOPs and internal systems.n
- Guide and mentor junior consultants/designers where required.n
- Review BOQs, presentations and client communication prepared by studio teams.n
- Identify gaps in process and suggest practical improvements.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in the interior design industry.n
- Strong understanding of residential interiors.n
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.n
- Ability to prepare BOQs, mood boards and basic space-planning solutions.n
- Confident client communication and presentation skills.n
- Comfortable handling pricing and negotiation discussions.n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.n
