nWe are looking for a confident, responsible and patient-focused Patient Coordinator who can become the face of our clinic and take ownership of the complete patient coordination process.
Your RolenYou will be responsible for ensuring that every patient enquiry is handled professionally—from the first phone call/WhatsApp message to appointment booking, follow-up and conversion.
Key ResponsibilitiesnPatient Handling

- Welcome and coordinate patients professionallyn
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiriesn
- Understand patient requirements and coordinate consultationsn




- Maintain patient records and appointment schedulesn
- Ensure a smooth patient experiencen

nLead Management

- Respond promptly to Google, Meta, Instagram and WhatsApp leadsn
- Follow up with prospective patientsn
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up recordsn
- Convert enquiries into consultationsn
- Follow up with patients who have not booked/attended appointmentsn

nAppointment Management

- n
- Schedule and confirm appointmentsn
- Coordinate doctor availabilityn
- Confirm appointments one day priorn
- Handle cancellations and reschedulingn
- Maintain the next-day appointment schedulen

nClinic Coordination

- n
- Coordinate with doctors and therapistsn
- Handle payments and basic billingn
- Maintain daily reportsn
- Ensure reception/front desk is organizedn
- Complete proper handover at the end of the dayn
