nWe are looking for a driven, skilled and creative Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.

nSalary
n₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month
nDepending on skills, experience and performance
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and standardise recent recipes, products and baking techniquesn
- Design, update and improve course curriculum and training modulesn
- Conduct hands-on practical and theory training sessionsn
- Demonstrate professional baking and pâtisserie techniques to studentsn
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedbackn




- Plan and manage day-to-day kitchen and training operationsn
- Maintain consistent standards of product quality, presentation and executionn
- Ensure strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen disciplinen
- Contribute to the development of new courses and workshopsn
- Create a professional, disciplined and engaging learning environmentn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Strong technical fundamentals in bakery and pâtisserien
- Excellent practical understanding of professional baking techniquesn
- Genuine passion for teaching and mentoringn
- Creativity with exceptional attention to detailn
- Strong communication and presentation skillsn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional teamn
- Degree in Hotel Management with a specialisation/interest in Bakery & Pâtisserie, or a relevant Baking/Pâtisserie certificate or diploman
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baking Instructor is preferred, but talented candidates with
