Role Description n
We are hiring 2 Healthcare Sales Executive for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). n
This is a 100% performance-based sales role with no fixed salary. The primary responsibility is to leverage your existing doctor and healthcare network to onboard doctors onto Sehat Nxt Live OPD Tracking. n
You will: n
- Identify and approach doctors, clinics and hospitals across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
n - Use your existing doctor/healthcare connections to generate qualified leads.




n - Meet doctors and demonstrate SehatNxt Live OPD Tracking.
n - Convert doctors and complete their onboarding.
n - Enable doctors to start using Live OPD Tracking.
n - Maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
n - Follow up with prospects and close conversions.
n - Provide market feedback to the Sehat Nxt team.
n - Work independently and achieve monthly onboarding targets. n
Compensation n
₹3,500 PER DOCTOR ONBOARDED n
There is no fixed salary. Earnings are directly linked to successful doctor onboarding. n
10 doctors = ₹35,000
n 20 doctors = ₹70,000
n 30 doctors = ₹1,05,000n
The ₹3,500 incentive is earned when the doctor is successfully onboarded and Live OPD Tracking is enabled and operational. n
Who We Are Looking For n
This role is specifically for someone who already has a strong healthcare network in Mumbai/Mumbai Metropolitan Region. n
