nPosition Overview:
nThe Pricing Leader will develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing decisions aligned with business objectives.

- Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals.n




- Lead a team of pricing professionals for continuous improvement.n
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.n
- Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams.n
- Drive customer negotiations and optimize pricing agreements.n
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance to maximize profitability.n
- Maintain pricing models, tools, and systems.n
- Provide leadership on pricing best practices and industry trends.n

nQualifications

- n
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership.n
- Experience in IT/ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles.n
- Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies.n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.n
- Experience with pricing tools and software is preferred.n
