nRole Objective
nTo manage the end-to-end financial reporting process and ensure the accurate consolidation of accounts across manufacturing units. This position is critical in safeguarding the integrity of the General Ledger, enforcing uniform accounting policies, and delivering Ind AS-compliant financial statements for both statutory compliance and management review.
nKey Responsibilities
nFinancial Consolidation & Reporting

- Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure processes for the corporate entity.n




- Execute the consolidation of financial data across manufacturing plantsn
- Prepare comprehensive standalone financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Cash Flow statements.n

nInd AS Compliance & Technical Accounting

- Draft detailed Notes to Accounts and annual statutory disclosures in strict accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).n
- Ensure accurate application and compliance for complex accounting areas.n
- Monitor updates to Ind AS guidelines and assess their impact on the company's financial reporting framework.n

nStakeholder Management & Audit Coordination
