n Program Manager to support project planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination activities. The candidate should have a good understanding of project management fundamentals and be proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel-based reporting. The role involves working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, manage schedules, track deliverables, and support successful project execution for Aerospace and defense projects.

n Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers in planning and execution of projects.n
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project .n
- Track project milestones, activities, dependencies, and timelines.n
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.n
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.n
- Support project tracking activities related to schedule, cost, risks, and issues.n




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.n
- Maintain project documentation and action trackers.n
- Support project review meetings and follow up on action items.n

n Required Skills & Experience

- 9 years of experience in Project Management / Project Coordination roles.n
- Positive understanding of project management processes and methodologies.n
- Microsoft Project - Project planning | Scheduling | Tracking | Reportingn

n Qualification

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)n
- Project management certification (PMP/CAPM or equivalent) is an added advantage.n

n Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems.n
- Experience preparing project dashboards and management presentations.n
- Basic understanding of project metrics such as: EVM | CPI | SPI n
