The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, leading sales efforts, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Pinkvilla's market presence across the West market. This role requires a robust understanding of the media ecosystem, branded content, and advertising solutions.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
nOwn the overall revenue targets for the West region across media and branded content.
nDevelop and implement a solid sales strategy to maximize market share and achieve quarterly/annual revenue goals.
nIdentify growth opportunities, unlock recent categories, and drive strategic partnerships.
nBuild, manage, and optimize a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business acquisition.
nOversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from ideation to pitch, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
n2. Branded Content Sales & Campaign Solutions
nConceptualize, package,



and pitch branded content offerings, including video IPs, editorial integrations, social content, influencer-led campaigns, and custom builds.
nCollaborate closely with creative, content, and production teams to design innovative, insight-driven proposals.
nAlign branded content solutions with client goals, ensuring strong storytelling and measurable impact.
nDrive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Pinkvilla's various platforms.
n3. Client Relationship Management
nBuild and strengthen relationships with brands, agencies, media planners, and senior decision-makers across industries.
nUnderstand client objectives and propose tailored digital and branded content solutions.
nLead negotiations and close large-scale campaigns to achieve targets.
n5. Market Analysis & Reporting
nStay updated on market trends, category spends, competitive activity, and industry movements.
