nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to support our finance,
npayroll, and operations functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes.
nJob Summary
nThe Account Executive will be responsible for managing payroll operations, invoicing, accounts
nreceivable, accounts payable, timesheet processing, CEIPAL administration, and financial
nreporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US staffing back-office
noperations and possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.
nKey Responsibilities :




n• Preferred experience with Factoring and Line of Credit (LOC) processes in US Staffing.
n• Manage daily operations in CEIPAL, including consultant onboarding, placement
ntracking, documentation, and reporting.
n• Process weekly and bi-weekly consultant timesheets accurately and ensure timely
napprovals.
n• Coordinate US Payroll processing for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants while maintaining
ncompliance with company policies.
n• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice generation, payment follow-ups,
ncollections, and reconciliation.
n• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) by processing vendor invoices, consultant payments, and
nexpense reimbursements.
n• Prepare and process client invoices through client portals, MSP/VMS systems, and
naccounting software.
n• Work with ADP for payroll processing, employee records, benefits administration, and
npayroll reports.
