Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 5-6 years of experience in IT Services/Engineering Services sales focused on the GCC (Global Capability Center) market. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying current business opportunities, engaging with GCC decision-makers, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.n
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.n
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Delivery Leaders, Procurement, and other key stakeholders.n
- Understand client requirements and position the organization's IT/Engineering services effectively.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.n
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial negotiations.n
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales,



and leadership teams to develop winning solutions.n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through CRM tools.n
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding existing accounts.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).n
- 5–6 years of experience in business development/sales within IT Services, Digital Engineering, or Engineering Services.n
- Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem and enterprise sales.n
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.n
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.n
