nResponsibilities:
nWe are looking for someone who has:
n● Design, developed, and implemented learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives
n● Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
n● Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
n● Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
n● Robust written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar,



and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
n
nQualification:
n● Graduate in any discipline.
n● 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
n● Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
n● Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
n● Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
n● Tools Expertise: Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate, Synthesia, etc.
