nPurpose & Role of the Position
nThis role will be responsible for shaping and driving Karamtara Engineering Ltd.'s long-term strategic vision. The role will involve close collaboration with the CEO/Chairman and liaison with all Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure effective translation of strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans.

- Develop and refine the corporate strategy in alignment with the CEO/Chairman's vision.n
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed implementation roadmaps.n
- Monitor execution progress and ensure accountability across departments.n

n2. Cross-Functional Liaison

- Act as the strategic interface between the CEO/Chairman and HODs.n
- Facilitate collaboration across Engineering,



Operations, Finance, Sales, and HR.n
- Ensure departmental strategies are aligned with overall corporate objectives.n

n3. Market & Industry Analysis

- Conduct in-depth analysis of infrastructure and steel-based sectors, including towers, solar structures, poles, and construction.n
- Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for diversification and growth.n
- Benchmark the company against competitors and recommend strategic positioning.n

n4. Business Growth & Innovation

- Drive initiatives for recent market entry, product diversification, and global expansion.n
- Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A; opportunities.n
- Promote innovation, technology adoption, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.n
