Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trained Graduate Teacher OR Primary Teacher in English (TGT or PRT) to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic growth of students of primary grades for PRT and middle school for TGT.
nResponsibilities
n1. Instruction and Curriculum Development:
n Design, plan, and deliver engaging lessons in [Specify Science Subjects, e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology].
n Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and educational goals.
n Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods.
n2. Classroom Management:
n Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
n Implement effective classroom management strategies to address behavioural issues and promote student engagement.
n3. Assessment & Reporting:




n Regularly assess and track students' academic performance and behavioural development.
n Prepare and conduct tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
n Provide feedback to students and maintain accurate records of their progress.
n Communicate with parents about their child's academic performance and behaviour through meetings, reports, or parent-teacher conferences.
n4. Student Support:
n Provide individual and group support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
n Offer guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career matters.
n5. Collaboration:
n Work closely with other teachers and staff to integrate science education with other subjects.
n Participate in departmental meetings, career development, and school events.
n6. Record Keeping:
n Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
