nLiquide is a fast-growing fintech startup looking for a proactive and customer-focused qualified to join our team as a Customer Success Executive .
nThis role will act as the primary point of contact for users and play a key role in delivering a seamless, supportive, and high-quality customer experience.

nKey Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone calls to resolve queries effectively.n
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction.n
- Track, document, and maintain records of user issues and resolutions.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution.n
- Escalate critical issues when required and follow up proactively.n
- Share insights on recurring issues to improve processes and product experience.n




- Maintain professionalism and adhere to defined support workflows and SLAs.n
- Monitor and manage customer queries through support platforms and ensure timely resolution.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
- n
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or helpdesk roles.n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude.n
- Proficiency in Freshdesk / Freshworks is required. n
- Familiarity with customer support and ticketing tools such as JIRA, Zoho, Shopdeck, or similar platforms .n
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using support tools and platforms.n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.n
