Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Visa & OCI Processing Specialist to handle all visa applications, OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) card processing, passport services, and related immigration documentation. This is an offshore role supporting our US-based travel agency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in visa and immigration paperwork, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and consulates.
nKey Responsibilities

- Process OCI new applications, renewals, and miscellaneous services end-to-endn
- Handle Indian visa applications (tourist, business, e-visa, conference, etc.)n
- Manage US passport renewals and recent applications for clientsn
- Process visa applications for other countries (UK, Canada, Schengen, etc.)n
- Track application statuses and provide timely updates to clientsn
- Coordinate with consulates, VFS Global, BLS International, and CKGSn
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted before deadlinesn




- Maintain organized digital records of all applications and client filesn
- Handle client queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone regarding visa/OCI statusn
- Stay updated on changing visa policies, travel advisories, and immigration rulesn
- Prepare and review supporting documents (cover letters, itineraries, financial docs)n
- Process attestation and apostille services as neededn

- Minimum 4 years of experience in visa processing or immigration servicesn
- Strong knowledge of OCI application process and Indian consulate proceduresn
- Familiarity with VFS Global, BLS International, and CKGS portalsn
- Excellent written and verbal English communicationn
- High attention to detail — visa applications have zero tolerance for errorsn
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM toolsn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionn
