nAre you an experienced pharmaceutical sales leader with a strong track record of driving distributor-led growth? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Gujarat and Maharashtra for a fast-growing healthcare organization.
nLocation: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai
nExperience: 7+ Years (Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical general trade sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role)
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales through distributor and stockist networks across Gujarat and Maharashtra.n
- Expand market reach by strengthening relationships with distributors, wholesalers, chemists, and retailers.n
- Improve secondary sales movement and ensure product availability across the channel.n
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, billing efficiency, collections, and ROI.n
- Lead and mentor field sales teams to improve productivity, market coverage, and execution.n
- Track sales targets, POB, conversion ratios,



and regional performance to drive business growth.n
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.n
- Conduct regular market visits and joint field working to improve execution excellence.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- Graduate (Science or Pharmacy preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.n
- Strong academic background.n
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical general trade and distributor-led sales.n
- Experience managing sales teams and driving business across Gujarat and Maharashtra.n
- Strong understanding of secondary sales, channel development, D2R and D2S business models.n
- Excellent analytical, planning, and execution skills.n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.n
