- Managing small, medium, and large-scale BIM Models for Specialist lighting services by agreeing drawing production strategy.n
- Support BIM implementation of lighting design elements within BIM delivery scope to ensure the seamless integration into multidisciplinary design projects.n
- Ensure adherence to ISO19650 BIM Standards and documentation requirements.n
- Contribute to the development of the BEP and suggest methods of drawing and model production to ensure productive methods of working.n
- Collaborates closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers, creating diverse lighting Revit families tailored to project needs.n
- Ensure editable parameter can be implemented within the Revit families allowing for integrated lighting designs data into building systems whilst coordinating with the task team.n
- Hands on experience using AutoCAD and Revit for Preparing design drawings for Electrical specialist lighting services.n
- Ensuring the Project CDE (Common Data Environment) platform is optimally utilized,



functioning as a vital tool for monitoring and tracking deliverables across the project's lifecycle.n
- Assisting BIM Leads in time Estimation and Costing of Lighting specialist projects based on client's inputs.n
- Experience in adopting classifications within the Revit environment.n
- Experience in implementing COBie data within the BIM Models.n
- Assisting BIM Leads in ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints.n
- Setting up the lighting specialist models to the project standards and liaising with Model Managers from client side.n
- Being able to adapt to the latest technological aspects of BIM within the lighting disciplinen
- Up Skilling/Training the team members on efficient use of Revit/CAD tools for Lighting.n
- Support the creation of work sets, work-sharing methodologies in Revit Models both internally and cloud based.n
