nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter – Consultant for a 3-month consulting engagement. The role will involve developing engaging, social-first written content across platforms, translating briefs into compelling copy, and ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and communication objectives.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong social-first mindset, be comfortable building and maintaining a content bank, and have a strong understanding of digital and social media communication.

- Decode briefs to understand brand requirements, audience, and communication objectives.n
- Develop social-first copy and content ideas across relevant digital platforms.n
- Build and maintain a solid, relevant content bank for ongoing communication requirements.n
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging.n
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across formats including social media, ads, websites,



blogs, and scripts.n
- Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone.n
- Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to support content creation.n
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices.n
- Manage timelines and ensure adherence to internal TATs and SOPs.n

- Strong social-first thinking and understanding of social media content.n
- Ability to build and maintain a strong content bank.n
- Strong command of Bengali is mandatory.n
- 0–1.5 years of experience in copywriting/content creation.n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.n
- Excellent grammar, language, editing, and proofreading skills.n
