Job DescriptionThe role requires a proactive skilled who can ensure accurate financial records, maintain statutory compliance, support management with financial insights, and coordinate effectively with auditors, banks, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Accounting & Financial Managementn

- Maintain complete books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.n
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.n
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.n
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.n
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.n
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company transactions.n

Taxation & Statutory Compliancen

- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns, reconciliations, and responding to departmental queries.n




- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing, and issuance of certificates.n
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations.n
- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities during assessments and audits.n
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and advise management on compliance requirements.n

Banking & Treasury Managementn

- Manage daily banking transactions and maintain banking relationships.n
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and working capital requirements.n
- Handle bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and loan-related documentation.n
- Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking requirements.n

Foreign Trade & Import-Export Documentationn

- Manage accounting and compliance related to import and export transactions.n
