n About the Role
nWe are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive the Prime Home Loan business across assigned zones in Bengaluru. The role focuses on business delivery, channel development, and team management at a cluster level.

n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Drive and deliver ₹80–120 Cr annual disbursement targetsn
- Maintain a consistent monthly run rate of ₹8–12 Crn
- Lead and manage a field sales team (8–15 members)n
- Develop and expand sourcing channels including:n
- Builder networkn
- DSAs / connectorsn
- Direct sourcingn
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and key channel partnersn
- Monitor pipeline health, login-to-disbursement conversion, and productivityn
- Identify and penetrate high-potential micro-markets in Bengalurun
- Ensure adherence to compliance, credit norms, and internal policiesn





n Eligibility Criteria

- n
- 4–7 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP salesn
- Mandatory exposure to Prime segment (₹60L+ ticket size)n
- Proven track record of handling ₹80–120 Cr annual disbursementn
- Experience in delivering ₹8–12 Cr monthly business volumesn
- Demonstrated ability to manage field sales teams (8–15 members)n
- Strong existing network of:n
- 10–20 active builders n
- 50–100 active DSAs / connectors n
- Prior experience with Banks / NBFCs preferredn
