- Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and interactive sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs.n
- Utilize modern pedagogical techniques (e.g., case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and blended learning tools) tailored to business education.n
- Develop course syllabi, curriculum frameworks, and learning assessment methodologies in alignment with academic standards and industry needs.n
- Evaluate student performance fairly and constructively through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.n

n2. Research and Scholarly Activity

- Conduct high-quality, independent, and collaborative research in areas relevant to management and business studies.n
- Regularly publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals (e.g., ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, or Web of Science).n




- Present research findings at national and international conferences, symposia, and academic workshops.n
- Actively seek external grants, corporate sponsorships, or funding for research projects where applicable.n

n3. Student Mentorship and Guidance

- Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic trajectories, career paths, and career development.n
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, summer internships, and capstone projects.n

- Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty boards, and university-wide committees (e.g., accreditation, curriculum design, student placement, admissions).n
