Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced City Head – Transactions to lead the transaction business for the city, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and oversee the end-to-end execution of commercial real estate transactions. The role will be responsible for achieving business targets, developing the transaction team, and ensuring strong client and market relationships.

- Lead and manage the city’s Transactions/Office Leasing business and drive revenue growth.n
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.n
- Manage key corporate clients and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.n
- Oversee the complete transaction lifecycle, from lead generation and requirement understanding to closure and documentation.n
- Guide and mentor Transaction Managers and team members to improve productivity and conversions.n
- Drive new business through client acquisition, referrals, networking, and market development.n
- Monitor pipeline, closures,



revenue realization, and team performance.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.n
- Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends, rental values, demand, and supply.n
- Handle escalations and ensure high-quality client service.n
- Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.n

- 8–12 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions/office leasing.n
- Strong experience in corporate real estate, office leasing, and transaction management.n
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving revenue targets.n
- Strong client management, negotiation, business development, and leadership skills.n
- Valuable knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.n
