nPosition Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage key client and vendor accounts, drive business growth, and oversee end-to-end recruitment and account management activities. The role will focus on building strong business relationships, managing existing requirements, generating new opportunities, and ensuring smooth account operations.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage key client and vendor accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for business and recruitment activities.n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.n
- Identify and secure new job requirements and business opportunities.n
- Manage the complete lifecycle of recruitment requirements, from requirement intake through candidate submission, interview, selection, onboarding, and closure.n
- Monitor active positions, vendor performance, account activities, and business deliverables.n




- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.n
- Handle account-related activities including billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution.n
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase business volume.n
- Prepare regular reports covering requirements, submissions, placements, revenue, and account performance.n
- Ensure strong client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues.n

nPreferred Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Staffing, Recruitment, or a related field.n
- Prior experience managing large enterprise accounts is highly preferred.n
- Experience handling vendors, recruitment requirements, positions, and client relationships is strongly preferred.n
