nWe produce multiple podcasts across business, leadership, health, relationships and culture. We are now looking for a specialist editor who will focus entirely on creating high-quality podcast trailers.
About the RolenWe are looking for a Podcast Trailer Editor and Motion Graphics Designer who can turn conversations into fast, exciting and visually strong trailers.
nThis is not a general video editing role.
nYour primary responsibility will be to create podcast trailers back to back across the different shows produced by The Attention Co. You will not be responsible for editing full podcast episodes, daily social media reels,



thumbnails or basic talking-head videos.
nMost trailers will be between 45 seconds and two minutes long. The dialogue, broad structure and creative direction will usually be provided by our team. Your job will be to bring that structure to life through editing, motion graphics, typography, music, sound design and supporting visuals.
nThe final trailer should feel like a carefully produced piece of content, not a collection of podcast clips placed over music.
