nJob Summary
nWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and convert B2B leads into long-term customers. The candidate will be responsible for meeting business owners, architects, consultants, restaurant chains, dealers, distributors, and commercial kitchen equipment suppliers to promote Tanwar Ovens' products and increase sales.
nKey Responsibilities
nVisit potential B2B customers, dealers, and commercial establishments to generate new business.
nConvert leads received through digital marketing, referrals,



exhibitions, and other company sources.
nIdentify and develop new dealer and distributor networks in assigned territories.
nBuild solid relationships with restaurant owners, hotel management, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, architects, interior designers, and commercial kitchen consultants.
nConduct product presentations and explain product features, pricing, and business benefits.
nFollow up with prospects until successful order conversion.
nCoordinate with the sales support and operations teams for quotations, site visits, and order execution.
nMaintain daily records of customer visits, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
nCollect customer feedback and market intelligence, including competitor pricing and trends.
nAchieve monthly sales targets, dealer acquisition targets, and conversion goals.
