nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Account Assistant to support the Finance & Accounts Department in managing daily accounting operations.
nThe ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime, and proficiency in Advanced Excel.
nKey Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.n
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally.n
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.n
- Process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.n
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records.n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.n




- Assist with month-end activities and general ledger maintenance.n
- Verify bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.n
- Maintain organized physical and digital accounting records.n
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial information.n
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.n
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.n
- Use Advanced Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.n

nRequired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com.n
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.n
