nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.n
- Communicate clearly and courteously with students and parents.n
- Guide and assist students through processes (calls/chat/support tools).n
- Maintain and update data records accurately.n
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.n
- Use MS Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).n
- Assist in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.n
- Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.n
- Escalate issues to the management team when necessary.n
- Provide basic technical support (login assistance, form updates, minor troubleshooting).n





nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer service.n
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written).n
- Good command over MS Excel and basic computer operations.n
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.n
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.n
- Basic technical understanding is a plus.n
