The role requires strong operational depth, people management, process excellence, and the ability to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for applicants and internal teams
nYou will oversee the end-to-end admissions operations, guide the team, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant execution across the full lifecycle

- Oversee the entire admissions funnel, maintaining robust quality and conversion at every stage.n
- Lead, mentor, and develop the admissions team, owning performance management, capability building, and execution standards.n
- Partner closely with Marketing to optimize campaigns and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.n
- Deliver a premium applicant experience through fast, personalized, and professional communication across all touchpoints.n
- Ensure rigorous evaluations through structured tests, interviews, and a standardized selection process.n
- Monitor admissions dashboards and data daily to identify gaps, improve funnel efficiency, and drive timely interventions.n
- Strengthen SOPs, documentation, and compliance frameworks to ensure consistency and process discipline.n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Academics, Finance, Careers, and Leadership to enable smooth, end-to-end execu
