n Role Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) – Enterprise Sales to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Corporate Sales, or IT/Technology Sales .
nThe role requires strong experience in managing enterprise accounts, developing strategic relationships, owning the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

n Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new enterprise and corporate clients .n
- Identify high-value prospects and build a strong enterprise sales pipeline.n
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.n
- Generate business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.n




- Engage with CXO-level and senior decision-makers to understand business requirements.n
- Conduct product/service presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.n
- Prepare proposals, commercial presentations, and sales pitches.n
- Negotiate contracts and commercials while ensuring business profitability.n
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.n
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and chance tracking through CRM.n
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to drive successful closures.n
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.n
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.n
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required.n
