- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the Retail, Warehouse, and Banking project sectors.n
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for projects, outlining short and long-term strategies for successful business development.n
- Lead the execution of sales strategies and oversee project accounts to meet and surpass financial targets.n
- Engage directly with end customers to understand their requirements, build trust,



and position the company as a preferred partner for Retail, Warehouse, and Banking projects.n
- Manage the sales funnel end-to-end — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure — ensuring healthy pipeline visibility at every stage.n
- Track and analyze funnel conversion rates to identify bottlenecks and improve win rates across project opportunities.n
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.n
- Provide regular updates on project progress and sales forecasts to the leadership team.n
- Foster solid relationships with clients in the Retail, Warehouse, and Banking sectors through effective communication and collaboration.n
- Actively participate in Marketing Communications (MarCom) activities, contributing insights for projects in the Retail, Warehouse, and Banking domains.n
