- Develop and implement annual school operational plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.n
- Ensure optimal staffing, financial planning, and efficient utilization of school resources and funds.n
- Exercise expenditure authority within approved financial limits.n
- Provide academic leadership through curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, and teacher development.n
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and learning outcomes.n
- Serve as the Ex-officio Secretary of the School Managing Committee.n
- Monitor student assessments, notebooks, homework, and academic performance to ensure quality standards.n
- Implement effective systems for timely evaluation, feedback, and corrective actions.n
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centric culture that promotes wellbeing, discipline, and academic excellence.n
- Ensure compliance with academic, operational, administrative, and statutory policies and regulations.n
- Maintain school accounts, records,



registers, service books, and statutory documentation.n
- Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters to implement strategic initiatives, policies, and centralized functions.n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, teachers, the community, and regulatory authorities.n
- Handle official correspondence and ensure timely submission of statutory reports and returns.n
- Effectively manage school infrastructure, transport, health services, equipment, and other operational resources.n
- Ensure proper maintenance of school assets and stock registers.n
- Lead recruitment, induction, training, performance management, and retention of teaching and non-teaching staff.n
- Monitor staff performance and promote continuous professional development.n
- Lead school inspections, audits, accreditation, and compliance activities.n
- Organize regular parent-teacher interactions and
