About the RolenWe are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate – Accounting & Finance to join a fast-growing, technology-driven accounting environment serving US and UK businesses.
nThe role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end close, management accounts, reconciliations, client reporting, payroll, VAT compliance, and year-end processes while working closely with international clients.
nThis is an excellent prospect for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment, takes ownership, and is excited about using automation and modern tools to improve accounting processes.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Manage a portfolio of small clients and support managers on large and complex engagements.n
- Design and implement bespoke accounting processes based on client requirements.n




- Oversee day-to-day transaction processing, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, and month-end closure.n
- Complete month-end close processes, including identifying and posting journal entries.n
- Proactively manage client finance inboxes and coordinate with international clients.n
- Process payroll and support VAT submissions to HMRC.n
- Prepare management accounts and investor reporting.n
- Support managers with operational and accounting responsibilities.n
- Review your own work and the work of other team members to maintain quality standards.n
- Support ad-hoc projects including consolidation, business planning, and due diligence.n
- Train and support new team members as they get up to speed.n
