nWe welcome both experienced professionals and freshers who are reliable about building a career in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilitiesn• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
n• Work across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and other paid traffic channels
n• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research
n• Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate,



ROAS and overall campaign profitability
n• Analyze search terms, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
n• Optimize campaigns through bidding, targeting, budget allocation, and testing
n• Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies
n• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
n• Identify new opportunities to scale profitable campaigns
n• Coordinate with creative, development, tracking, and business teams
