n● Provide strategic leadership to junior associates, consultants, and interns, ensuring effective management and mentorship.
n● Enforce adherence to ESSC’s policies, professional ethics, and industry best practices.

nClient & Media Relations:
n● Develop and execute media relations strategies to secure top-tier placements across print, digital, and broadcast media.
n● Maintain and leverage a robust network of media contacts, industry influencers, and thought leaders.
n

nBusiness Development & Strategy:
n● Identify and explore current business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.
n

nEvent & Campaign Management:
n● Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact PR campaigns, press conferences,



and industry events.
n● Monitor campaign performance, generating post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement.
n

nContent Creation & Thought Leadership:
n● Guide the development of compelling content, including press releases, articles, white papers, and reports.

nDigital & Social Media Integration:
n● Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance PR efforts through online platforms and social media channels.
n● Lead the development of multi-channel marketing strategies that integrate traditional and digital PR.

nFinancial & Operational Oversight:
