ncustomer-obsessed, sociable Customer Experience Associate to join our team.

nWhat you’ll do:
n● Handle customer calls daily — answering queries, solving issues, and making sure customers feel
nheard and valued.
n● Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.
n● Collect and share customer feedback with the team to improve products and service.
n● Support new user engagement by guiding first-time customers through their Tilt journey.
n● Help with retention efforts by following up with customers and building positive relationships.




n● Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely resolution of all requests.
nQualifications
n● Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus).
n● Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented when dealing with customers.
n● Basic familiarity with Excel/Sheets for tracking customer cases.
n● Organised and reliable, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks daily.
n● Enthusiastic about Tilt’s mission and comfortable representing the brand over the phone.
