nWorking days: 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday. Monday is your weekly off. This is a field sales role, on-ground at residential communities across Bangalore. You start at ₹6 LPA plus a ₹72,000 annual travel allowance, and that stays the same through the two month training period and beyond, with performance incentives on top.

nThe Role
nYou'll start as a trainee learning the ropes of consultative selling, talking to residents, running kiosk activities, and turning curiosity into demos. Transparent the two month training and you step up to Business Development Manager, with the pay and perks to match.

- Explain Aurm Locker features, security benefits, and subscription plansn
- Generate leads and schedule product demosn
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetingsn
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates; hit your assigned targetsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience, any degree worksn
- Strong communication skills and a confident, people-first attituden
- Comfortable with field sales and on-ground customer interactions in Bangaloren
- Self-motivated, quick to learn, and hungry to grow into a BDM rolen
