nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sourcing qualified to build and expand our Channel Partner network across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
nKey Responsibilities:
nBuild and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
nIdentify, approach, onboard, and develop relationships with potential channel partners.
nGenerate business opportunities through the channel partner network.
nManage and strengthen existing partner relationships.
nConduct regular meetings and presentations with channel partners.
nCoordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
nDrive sales for luxury and ultra-luxury real estate projects.
nProjects will primarily be located in Karjat, Alibaug & Lonavala.




nTrack partner performance and identify opportunities for network expansion.
nRequirements:
nMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate channel sourcing/channel sales.
nStrong network of brokers/channel partners across Mumbai & Maharashtra.
nGood knowledge of the luxury/second-home real estate market.
nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
nStrong sales orientation and ability to achieve targets.
nWillingness to travel across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and project locations.
