- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.n
- Follow defined SOPs, processes,



and quality standards.n
- Accurately capture and maintain customer information and interaction details.n
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.n
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.n
- Adhere to assigned schedules, attendance, and process requirements.n

- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.n
