Job DescriptionAbout the role
nWe are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building technology for lenders — banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and ARCs — to automate their collections and legal recovery workflows. As Project Manager, you will own client implementations end-to-end — stationed at the client's office in Mumbai, driving the deployment from kick-off through data migration, UAT, go-live, and adoption.

- Own the complete implementation lifecycle for enterprise lending clients — plan, execute, and deliver on timen
- Be stationed at the client's Mumbai office as the single point of contact for the deploymentn
- Map the client's existing collections and legal processes and translate them into platform configurations and workflowsn
- Coordinate data migration — loan files, legal documents, notice templates, jurisdiction mappings — working closely with client IT and ops teamsn
- Plan and run UAT cycles with client teams, track issues to closure with our product and engineering teamsn
- Train client users across legal, collections, and operations teams,



and drive adoption post go-liven
- Manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, and risks; publish weekly status reports to client leadership and our internal teamn
- Surface product gaps and client feature requests back to the product teamn

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- 2–6 years of experience in software implementation or project delivery, preferably in BFSI — core banking, LOS/LMS, collections platforms, or fintech SaaSn
- Hands-on experience deploying software at client sites: requirement gathering, configuration, migration, UAT, go-liven
- Based in Mumbai and comfortable working out of client offices full-time, with high ownership and minimal supervisionn
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills; ability to understand loan and legal data structuresn
- Exposure to NBFC/bank/ARC operations, collections, or SARFAESI processes is a robust plusn
- Excellent stakeholder management —
