nJob Summary
nThe Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and increasing company revenue in the interior design and fit-out segment. The role involves meeting architects, builders, and corporate clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into projects.

nKey Responsibilities




nIdentify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
nGenerate leads through architects, builders, consultants, corporate offices, and references
nConduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
nPresent company profile, materials, and design solutions to prospective clients
nCoordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and estimations
nPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
nMaintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with clients
nAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
nTrack market trends, competitors, and current projects in the region
nUpdate CRM / sales reports and maintain client database

nRequired Skills
nStrong communication and negotiation skills
