nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to manage the review and quality control of design and construction drawings. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and coordination of architectural and consultant drawings by leveraging industry-standard QC practices and tools.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Comprehension of US Construction Documents Set (CD set)n
- Coordination check among different disciplinesn
- Drawings Review:n

nConduct thorough reviews of architectural and engineering drawings to ensure design integrity and completeness.
nIdentify and rectify missed elements, inconsistencies, or discrepancies in the drawings.

- Use of QC Checklists:n

nUtilize comprehensive QC checklists to confirm the inclusion of all necessary design components.




nEnsure all quality control criteria and project standards are consistently met.

- Coordination Check:n

nVerify coordination among all disciplines including Architectural, Structural, and MEPF drawings.
nEmploy overlay techniques or Building Information Modeling (BIM) for effective clash detection and resolution.
nQualifications:

- n
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.n
- Proven experience in drawings review, quality control, and interdisciplinary coordination.n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and other relevant design tools.n
- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.n
- Knowledge of construction standards and regulatory requirements.n
