Job Description*Manufacturing Consultant — Medical Devices (Greenfield Project, Uttar Pradesh)* *TECHNOMED Devices India Pvt. Ltd.* | Lucknow, UP | Consulting/Advisory Engagement TECHNOMED, a Lucknow-based medical device distribution and healthcare services company supplying government hospitals across UP, is setting up a *greenfield manufacturing facility* (capex range ₹10–15 Cr for machinery and equipment) as part of its transition into an integrated manufacturer-distributor ahead of a planned IPO. We're looking for an experienced *Manufacturing Consultant* to work closely with leadership through product selection, project planning, and execution readiness. *What you'll do:* - Help identify and shortlist the right medical device product(s) to manufacture, based on market demand, margin profile, regulatory pathway, and fit with TECHNOMED's existing distribution network - Lead or closely guide preparation of a bankable Detailed Project Report (DPR) — technical feasibility, capex/opex planning, plant & machinery specification, production planning, and financial modeling (IRR, NPV,



DSCR, sensitivity analysis) - Advise on manufacturing technology and equipment selection, supplier evaluation, and plant engineering for a ₹10–15 Cr machinery investment - Guide regulatory compliance planning (CDSCO / Medical Device Rules) for the manufacturing setup - Support site/location evaluation and coordination with industrial land authorities (UPSIDA) - Provide end-to-end consultancy from concept through to commissioning readiness *What we're looking for:* - 15+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing, with direct exposure to plant setup, production planning, and regulatory compliance in India - Prior experience preparing or overseeing bankable DPRs for lenders/financial institutions - Solid understanding of CDSCO regulatory framework and medical device manufacturing licensing - Track record of hands-on plant commissioning, not just advisory/theoretical experience - Bas
