nWe are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a
nhigh-intensity calling role focused on booking qualified sales meetings.
nThis role requires working in the night shift (aligned with US/UK markets) and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven, high-volume calling setting.

n Primary Responsibilities:
n1. Outbound Calling (Core Responsibility)
n● Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective clients
n● Engage with decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations
n● Handle objections confidently and persist through follow-ups
n
n2. Appointment Setting (Primary Goal)




n● Qualify leads based on relevance, need, and intent
n● Book a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per day
n● Schedule meetings with the appropriate stakeholders
n● Ensure confirmations and attendance
n
n3. Lead Follow-Ups
n● Execute structured follow-ups via:
n● Email
n● LinkedIn
n● WhatsApp/SMS (if required)
n● Follow a defined outreach cadence
n
n4. Inbound Lead Handling
n● Respond quickly to inbound inquiries
n● Convert inbound leads into scheduled meetings
n
n5. CRM Management (HubSpot)
n● Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
n● Update lead status and follow-ups
n● Ensure clean pipeline tracking
n
n Daily Targets (Strict)
n● Calls: 80–120 per day
n● Appointments Booked: Minimum 3 per day
n● Total Touchpoints: 130–200 per day
